The Staff was great and very understanding, but I wasn't prepared for how different and less quality the food is. Menu tonight- Red Curry - This was just to different to enjoy, didn't eat it. The broth was foamy somehow, not creamy broth. As if they whipped it or something. No Thai chilies but substituted jalapeños, a few random whole basil leaves, large cuts of chicken and normally the lime leaf slivers for garnish ended up being a whole leaf cut in half. Dinner D - The fan tail shrimp - different cheaper tempura Teryki beef - to much sugar, sticky and like candy Sweet and sour pork - was this Sun luck brand? Nothing original here. The noodle thing - was ok The spicy tuna roll - the tuna was the mushy kind that cheap sushi places use, not the higher end tuna steaks cut into slices. It was not rolled tightly and the rice was somewhat warm... I thought sushi was a cold dish? Anyway... The guy serving was very cool about it, and I know it's out of his control, but the response was, "yea, we hear that a lot, it's like the flavor are all similar but it's just...
Read moreDramatically high pricing for unauthentic food and non-existent service. I've been here a few times with my family and significant other, and leave disappointed. My orders are always simple due to my diet (avocado rolls, seaweed salad, tea, maybe a beer) and my SO orders super common entrees. My point is that it should have been basic and easy to make, especially for the price. Yet, each time, they've forgotten our drinks, not given us menus, and forgotten dishes from our simple orders. I've never seen it busy in there, yet we will have three different waiters/waitresses which causes further miscommunication. I can't say much about the flavor of my avocado roll or my seaweed salad, but my SO was confused about what the viscous inch of red corn syrup coating his dish was supposed to be. It reminded me of canned cherry pie filling. I felt a...
Read moreThe service is sloooooow. Basically, needed a to go box by the time I got it since I needed to get back to work. Over 25 minutes and it was an easy lunch menu item. I think they forgot to submit our order. We had to ask about it. It should have taken 5 minutes to plate it. I saw a large family come and go and we'd barely been served. The fried rice was super good so I gave it back a star. However, nothing was very clean. Chair backs felt sticky when I pulled it out. Table had sticky spots and the floor was sticky. This was not the first time for all this. Note to restaurants: use clean water on floors, don't use the same cloth on more than one table, wash it out between tables and make sure you actually get it wiped clean. Remember to clean the chairs...
