Extremely slow service and they do not handle packages with care. This package says everything I need to know about this company, unfortunately I have another item coming that's in their care right now, not by choice FYI. Target uses FedEx. I've always had a really good experience with the UPS wished Target would use them instead of FedEx I wonder what else will be missing out of my package this time. They keep delaying my package. The fact that I live in Juneau and we're limited on where we can purchase things cuz everything here is so outrageously priced! They sure are making it even harder to get things here I mean it's not like we're swimming with options. 🤦🏻♀️ This is how my package was delivered it appears to have been opened. Yeah I cut the tape at the top but somebody else had opened it and then wrapped a bunch of that clear tape on the top of it. Ridiculous! I was missing items from my package as well! Shame on you FedEx! This is how you treat your customers. It's only a matter of time before you go out of business and somebody better...
Read moreI've been sitting at my house for 2 days now waiting for a package that requires a signature. The first day the tracking said expect it by noon. Second day I called and was told it would be her by 8pm. According to the tracker it's been in Juneau for 3 days and not yet gone out on a truck. We paid for next day shipping and expected to be slow living in AK with the Anchorage hang-up. But really? 3 days to deliver in town? I'm not even out the road or downtown. They will be getting another call from me. I've already sent a request for a refund for shipping cost. I will note that on day 2 I saw the USPS go through our neighborhood 3 times and UPS once. Never did see the fed ex.

Read moreI just want to say that the Supervisor, Cheryl, at this FedEx Station is awesome. I have spent 9 hours today on the phone with a number of different people at FedEx regarding a package that was sent in an emergency from California to Juneau AK. The package was not delivered when it was supposed to be and I had to call FedEx every hour to find out what was going on. Finally, after 9 hours, they let me talk to the hub at Juneau, and from there Cheryl took over and things were fine. I still will never trust FedEx again, but I want everyone to know that Cheryl is the only person who seemed to care about the situation and she should be commended...
