I bought six pillows 20 x 20 and had them monogrammed with the coordinates of each families address & the city name. I spent over $300 on those pillows and other items.? One pillow had a defect they monogrammed right at the defect it looks like they made a mark to get the middle for their embroidery and the girl went to the back to see if it was a pulled string. it was not it is a defect in the pillow. Shannon came out, the owner and I told her this was unacceptable and I wanted a new pillow. Her answer to me was what do you expect me to do with this pillow ?? I gave them one star because the young girls at the counter we’re trying to help me and they were very kind. The owner that’s a different story I thought it’s all about customer service so I can spread the word to get more people into her store instead I’m telling everybody and showing everyone the defect pillow....

I was at the beach this weekend and saw this lady with a beautiful bag, I asked her where she got it and she said Initial Styles. So, word of mouth does travel rapidly. I visited this establishment today and was amazed at the wonderful items they sell. They are unique and the best part is they offer monogramming & personalization (not free, but the price is reasonable) and the service is magnificent.
