My wife and I were regulars here pre-COVID, and just decided that we were in the mood for IHOP today. We walked in, and as usual, we were greeted immediately by Mary, our server. Surprisingly, the restaurant was mostly empty, contrary to how we remembered it being usually before, but more on that later. We were seated, and given our drinks while we tried to decide what we wanted to eat. Mary was VERY patient, as my wife was very indecisive today. We finally decided and Mary took our order. My wife said that she really liked their sweet tea. She says it was just sweet enough, and not too sweet. I'm not someone who likes sugary drinks, so I have to take her word on it. My drink was cold, wet, and in the right mix from the fountain, so I was happy. Then came the food. I had the Colorado omelette with pancakes. They were scrumptious. The omelette was loaded with meat, and the salsa had just the right amount of kick. IHOP's pancakes never disappoint. My wife had the 55+ BLT. She originally ordered the sandwich with a side salad, but upon ordering, Mary told us that this store doesn't sell salads. So instead, my wife ordered onion rings. She said the BLT was delicious, and the onion rings were just right, too. During our meal, we spoke to Marissa, the assistant manager. She used to be our regular server, so it was easy to get into a conversation with her. She said the reason the store was so empty is that too many people have gone to delivery services for their food. Pre-COVID, delivery orders accounted for 9-11% of their orders. Now, it's 44%. The bad part about that is the servers don't make anything on a delivery order. We all know that the lion's share of servers' pay comes from tips, so how is a server supposed to survive if over half their revenue source is gone? C'mon, people, support the servers and dine in! When I finished eating, I went to the bathroom. Sheesh, does it need a makeover! The urinal is out of order, and all the caulking in the place is decrepit. It was the only disappointing part of my visit. In summary, for tasty food and great service, this IHOP is a winner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ANDERSON IS AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND! Seriously, if you're hitting up the IHOP in Jupiter, you HAVE to ask for Anderson. This guy is the definition of world-class service—the best waiter I have ever had, period. From the moment we sat down, he was fast, incredibly attentive, and genuinely friendly. He made sure our coffee cups were never empty and recommended the new seasonal pancakes, which were perfection. Speaking of the food, everything was delicious! The omelet was perfectly cooked, and the pancakes were so unbelievably fluffy they practically melted in my mouth. Everything came out hot and exactly as ordered. But honestly? Anderson made our whole experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Give this man a raise—he’s an absolute rock star! We’ll definitely be back just for his service. The entire morning was totally worth it.

Food was tasty and was prepared in an acceptable amount of time. Male server was slightly less than attentive and I had to ask for more napkins from a different server. The floor had not been cleaned since the night before there was accumulated dropped food visible, more than could have possibly been from breakfast. The place where the syrup is stored ( as pictured) obviously hasn't been cleaned in some time. The syrup container itself, was clean and hygienic in appearance. The head server and the cook were steadily gossiping about situations that is going on behind the scenes in the restaurant. Both women unaware of how their voices carry. I really don't need to hear about employee drama. I recommend the Split Decision breakfast as the one that was brought to me was cooked properly and had plate appeal.

We stop by this establishment on our way home from visiting family in Boca. This year, we were lucky enough to have Tara take care of us. After 2 servers walked passed our party, Tara came up and sat us. She took our order the same time she took our drink orders. I ordered the Florentine crepes. It's my favorite at iHop, but only when the Hollandaise is available. Tara assured us that there was Hollandaise sauce. She put our orders in and very quickly, she had arms full of food and was heading our way. As soon as she rounded the corner, she did a 180° turn, and politely asked for a recook with "sub Hollandaise, No cheddar sauce". She came immediately back and gave everyone a plate. (I ordered hash browns in addition to my crepes.) Tara told my hubby that she'd be right back with his hash browns and told me the same with my crepes. And literally, before I finished my side of hash browns, my crepes were at the table as well as my hubby's hash browns. We all ate and enjoyed our meals. My youngest daughter asked for a box and a side of ranch, so at the earliest chance I had, I flagged Tara down and asked for a couple of boxes for myself and my daughter. I neglected to inquire about the ranch, but Tara did not! We got our boxes and asked for the check. Despite the wait at the door, (Which really wasn't a long wait. Just frustrating when you are a server and you see servers walking passed you to get a food delivery from another establishment for their lunches before addressing your party when you're the paying customer.) Tara gave us excellent service. The place was packed. And kudos to the line that day as well! Even though there was a minor mix up, everything came out hot and fresh! Definitely be...

I usually show up for a late night meal, usually between 10 -12. Usually have good service but tonight it was a different crew. The usual crew doesn’t seem to be around any more or they shifted to different days than when I frequent. Was asked to sit somewhere and that it was going to be a bit before the server could get to us. No problem, place was a little busy and there appeared to be 2 Servers but only one seemed to be carrying the load. I watched for the next 20 minutes as the server took orders and served them their food before she ever got to us. Also observed the server talking with the cook about random things not work related while we just sat. Eventually she started to take orders from other people that walked in 15-20 minutes after us. I was a table of 7. 2 adults and 5 children. Seemed like anything beyond a 2 top was more than this server could handle. I abruptly got up and walked out with my family. The server was clueless it seemed as to why we did. I will not request this ihop anymore. I consider myself a pretty patient person but this was a little more than I could take. There is no leadership in the restaurant it seems for the night shift. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened but it will be the last for me. This store literally has the entire town of Jupiter at its fingertips for being the only late night eatery that is open after 11 PM. Get it...
