Dean and his team at Ridgeline Innovations did a wonderful job of making my giant, u-shaped sectional couch look like new. I’d purchased it only two years ago from West Elm and it never held its shape right despite limited use; the stuffing always shifted leaving my new couch looking sloppy and unkempt. The Ridgeline team was able to cut new foam to perfectly fit the couch’s existing cushion fabric (both the seat and the back) and now it looks and feels brand new again! Plus, their service was amazing. After dropping off the cushions, I realized we were having a party the upcoming weekend and wouldn’t have anywhere to sit with the couch taken apart. I had an armoire that was damaged in transit. Ridgeline Innovations was referred to me by my interior designer. In all honesty I have never experienced a more professional and talented company in every aspect. The office manager Colleen was very kind and accommodating on the phone. Dean and Steve picked up and delivered the piece of furniture very delicately not to damage it further. The work that was accomplished was far beyond my expectations. We moved across country to Montana.Almost all of our furniture was either damaged or destroyed by our moving company. My great grandmother’s bed which had been in pristine condition had a leg ripped off there were holes in wooden pieces from heavier objects being placed on top of them.
