I was in the store Oct 11/2015 - at first I thought it was a neat little place with friendly staff. I was looking at a rocking chair and the clerk came over and took the pillows out of the chair and encouraged me to give it a try - how nice of her. Right? I seriously thought about getting it but I was not in my own vehicle so did not have room to haul it that day. In my mind, I thought I would come back the next day to get it.

I continued browsing and found something I wanted but my wallet was in the car. So I first stepped out to get my wallet. As soon as I walked out the door, the ladies behind the counter (3 or 4 of them) began to talk about me... I know this because my boyfriend was just feet from the counter but they didn't know we were together. He said the one lady complained that I had no intention of buying that chair or anything else - they all joined in and went on and on about me and people who look and don't buy. My boyfriend took it all in and then when I walked back in with my wallet, I unknowingly bought something from a store that just bashed me behind my back. He didn't tell me about it until we drove away.

If I live to be 500, I will never set foot in there again. The great thing for me is that I teach customer service seminars and am always looking for examples of good and poor customer service - you can imagine what category this experience will go under and it's one that will forever remain in my seminar. You have to go in and take your time to see it all. There are many things you will fall in love with and can't live without. Very reasonably priced and a wonderful place to eat lunch, too!
