I have to say, until recently I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with this store. I have used this store for years and years and never had a problem getting help. I have called quite a few times to address a problem on my bill in which all but one time got nothing but attitude and lack of willingness to even try to help me. The last time I was directed to call 611 in which I did. She was helpful and said that the problem would be addressed and fixed on my next billing cycle (this is the 3rd time I have been told this). My bill came out today and it is the same as always. She did credit me for the last two billing cycles which was amazing for her to do but now I am back to square one, being over charged and forced to waste more time calling to try to get it taken care of. I am a mom of 2, work 3 jobs and I DO NOT have time to call every month to try to get this fixed nor do I feel like I should have to once I have been told it will be taken care of. Being overcharged does not make me want to stay as a Verizon customer and that makes me sad, as I have said before I am and have been a loyal Verizon Customer since I got my very first cell phone over 20 years ago.    Read moreLet me tell you about the people working at this location in Kalispell. We have been Verizon customers for 14 years. Went to the highway 2 location for a loyalty upgrade in May 2024. Got completely worked over by the sales woman there. Did not give us anything with respect to the offers they advertised coupons for free phones etc. Bill skyrocketed. Of course she quit. Went to the location south by Frugals. Got helped by a new guy named Ashley was absolutely awesome. Even though he did not know all the ins and outs he was on it with Verizon. Finally, turning me over to the store Manager Angelique. She was amazing to say the least. She basically ripped Verizon a new one and knew every kind of inside in and out that makes Verizon tick. Completely turning everything over the way it was supposed to be saving us money beyond what the loyalty deal was. I have owned companies over the years and can say this when you find employees like this cherish them they are extremely rare.    Read moreI really don't know how to describe the horrible customer service I just experienced. I bought a $400 phone in June of 2021. They told me it was activated and I left the store only to find out it would not receive or send texts by the time I got back into Columbia Falls. So I went to the sweet lady at the Cfalls Verizon store and she told me that the Cellular Plus store did not set up my phone properly. ...well after 6 hours at the Cfalls store it started to work......so fast forward to September 2021 the phone does the same thing ! So this time I go to cellular plus (big mistake) and they tell me the phone is "probably" broken and that I need a new one but they can't warranty the phone in store even though they have some there but instead they could offer me a new phone and I would pay full price. So I picked up my phone from the counter and left...never to return. Please please please just go to the Columbia Falls Verizon store for any Verizon issue or purchase.
