Pelican's Snoballs — Local services in Kannapolis

Went two days in a row, 7/23 and 7/24 both times I had the same worker, and let’s just say not impressed. For starters she overcharged us. I had a kitty sized cone that was 6 DOLLARS. I did add condensed milk and asked for extra syrup, so I understand the .75 cent charge for both bringing the total to 5 dollars not 6. Secondly both times there was no condensed milk in the middle of the cone, and very little syrup when I had specifically asked for extra, and was charged for it might I add. I had a friend that used to work here so I know what is supposed to be put on. Lastly the worker is very rude. For example while I was there on 7/24 another customer had received the wrong cone and the lady was very rude to her, even made me and my friends cone before...

The first two times were good, the associates listened to my order and made it perfectly. The last few times, not so much. They're very stingy with the juice. On July 4th, the owner's younger daughter was working the register and charged me for extra juice that wasn't a different flavor (which had never happened before). There wasn't extra, nor was there extra cream the way there had been before (which I always request a certain way). The owner did give me the dollar back for the lack of juice on both orders, but I didn't care to go back after that. Nice location, decently convenient, well kept up, but not stellar like the Harrisburg or...

I have stop here occasionally and we do enjoy the many different flavors, but please do something about the trash and bug infestation. We stopped by about 2 months ago and there were bees and yellowjackets buzzing around the trash bins because they were completely full. Just 2 weeks ago we went and couldn't even sit down to eat because there were fire ants crawling everywhere! You guys need a good exterminator. In the meantime we will be visiting a...
