Went into the store with my mother and my five month old baby. It was so hot that within 10 minutes of being inside the store my five month old was sweating to the point his car seat around his head is soaked and my mother had to go sit outside while I finish paying for our stuff due to how hot it was in the store, causing her to have an asthma attack. The kind ladies in the store informed me that this is how it is every day in the store because of management not being willing to turn on the air conditioning. I’m not sure who needs to be contacted about this issue, but I am going to be doing my own research and contacting who needs to be contacted to get this taken care of I just dropped my mother off at the ER due to her asthma flaring up and her not being able to breathe after using her inhaler. And also with me being severely anemic and being cold, all the time due to that, it takes a lot to make me hot to the point I’m sweating. Read moreLove Roses store but hate that they don't have any help when it comes to check out! My sister and I went in the store Feb 22,2023 and shopped around quite a while. Had our buggy full and headed to the check out. One lady at cash register. 3 other people standing around and the line was outrageous . Did anyone of those other 3 open a register,? No! One walked off, one stood at the side like they were lost and the other one started folding clothes for the one cashier. I was aggravated about no one caring that the line was wrapped around to the electronic section. I parked my full buggy to the side and my sister and I left the store!! No excuse for making people wait when there could have been at least 2 registers going. Shows poor teamwork to me. I will be back because I love that store, but hopefully this will get management on the ball. Open up the register's and more money will be brought in. Lost 2 good sale's yesterday.!...
Read moreI have to agree that Our store is a good place to shop! Also i wanted to say....we have had some issues with vandalism & such in our restrooms so... we have had days that our restrooms were closed but we try to keep our store neat and welcoming. I want to personally apologize to you all who may have had a bad experience here...I know we have areas we could improve on but for the most part our prices and products are worth the trip. I hope you give us a second chance and if you ask for me personally I will make sure you find everything you are looking for & help you to see that our store is not a bad place to shop!...have a merry Christmas!
