Kohl's — Local services in Kansas City

My daughter and I arrived at 9 AM this morning to purchase baby clothes. The baby clothes section was disorganized and there were almost no clothes for infants girls under 9 months of age. To make matters even worse, we went up to purchase the one item we did find, and the cashier, a young woman, who was about 5 feet tall, was so rude to us! She asked us if we had a kohl's card, land when we responded "no," she continued to ask us the same question, while she stared at us with disdain! I finally told her we do not want a Kohl's card, then she loudly responded, "I did NOT ask you that!" Guess what, she the repeated repeated, " I DID NOT ASK YOU THAT!" She was looking to start a fight for some reason, and it came off as crazy, since she was repeating question, staring with disdain, and then repeating her nasty reply. I have shopped at Kohl's for 30 years, and I worked at a Kohl's store many years ago, and I've never been treated with...

I just went into this Kohl's I rarely have time to shop anymore and I'm not one who likes to shop on line. When i need something I like to go into a store, find what I'm looking for, and feel it and see it. I came in on a Wednesday, which is not even on a weekend and store should be somewhat organized. I've worked retail before. The women's section caused me much anxiety. Nothing is organized or can even catch my eye. Every single rack is full of missed, matched clothes and various items. Nothing caught my eye at all. I've lost hope in dept. stores. I've tried coming to kohls now about 3 times in the last year and leave empty handed. JC Penny is at least somewhat organized and looks clean and organized, not just an overcrowded store which I'm finding is the case with this Kohls. I probably won't...

Absolutely love this store. Always easy in and out. Great customer service. Great online pick up options. I do have A LOT of difficulty with their online ordering and they had a major mess up with kohls cash after Christmas and I lost $150 and they refuse to give it back. Which it was never used they just deleted it a day early and did nothing to reciprocate this. So I don't know how much longer I will shop her unfortunately. That's one of the perks I love and that really made me mad. I buy all the expensive name brands so I can get kohls cash to use in the smaller stuff.
