I wish I could remember the name of the gal that helped me yesterday, I even looked at my Emailed receipt, but just want to give her a HECK of a shout-out! Customer service is so very important, and she kicked it out of the park! I'd called in to have a plant delivered to a patient, she had a line she was attending to, but called me RIGHT back. She talked me through what the plant looked like, wrote on the card for me & everything! I know, especially hospitals, are over the ways of the world right now. The hospital itself is head and shoulders above the rest in the area. The only issue I have with the gift shop is that, it's called KU MEDICAL CENTER. As in the University of Kansas Hospital. They had one SMALL rack of KU items, and an even smaller selection of clothing for people staying the night.

But as for the doctors... you can't get much...
