I would love to give this Burger King 5 stars, as the overnight manager always takes great care of me and my dog when we come through the drive-thru mind you we are always walking because I live less than a block away so driving would be insane, not to mention a ridiculous waste of gas. What keeps me from giving it five stars is the other employees there, I understand that they need to be safe with anybody coming up on foot through a drive-thru but I guess the same could be said for anybody coming through in a car if they're crazy in there to start trouble you know?!?! But I know these employees see me and my dog almost every single night in the wee hours of the night because I work the night shift and I don't get home until between 1:00 and 2:30 sometimes 3:00 a.m.
And as a treat for my dog I always come to Burger King and get some ice cream and usually something to drink, Tonight / this morning rather, I made my usual trip with my dog to Burger King on rainbow and seeing the same employees that I see every night almost every night that I come here and they just look at me like I'm stupid and I asked them did somebody go get the manager so he can take care of me and take my order and they just shake their head and wave their hands like they don't understand what I'm saying.
It's just incredibly frustrating because for one I am really really thirsty and would love something to drink from there but for two I'm also trying to get some warm coffee for myself and for a homeless person that I came across this morning it's the first really cold night of the season in this old man look like he was about to freeze to death and I was going to get him some coffee but I can't get the employees at Burger King who see me every single night damn near to just grab their manager so he can take my order.
So with that said hats off to the graveyard shift manager!!!! I wish I knew your name, but you sir do a stellar job every single time of taking care of your customers. As for your staff I'm sure they have their talents, especially with it being the graveyard shift so you're probably not getting near as much business as regular hours I would think that at the least they would go grab you real quick see and how they see you come take my order every single time anyways rant over keep up the good work manager guy and the rest of y'all maybe learn some manners or something if you see somebody coming up to the drive-thru at the very least grab your manager and let them make the judgment call, especially if the person you see at the drive-thru is the same person and dog that you see every single night...
Read moreOnly reason they are getting 1 * is because 0 isnt available. This was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Once a month we travel hours to come to kc to my dr. We stop here for lunch every time and normally we have no problem but today was just ridiculous. To start we go inside there are 3 people already sitting and eating. 1 person in front of us waiting to order. He orders and then before taking our order, the lady runs over and locks all the doors. Noone can come in or out. She comes back and idk just goes away and makes us wait a few more minutes to take our order. While were waiting there are numerous customers who try to come in but they cannot because the doors are locked. She takes our order but wouldnt let us order how we wanted it. Then over ordered and charged us then when I corrected her she acted like it was my fault. Then we get the food and none of it is right and what little bit was you could tell it was old (been sitting a while) when I mentioned about the d.o.a being locked she stayed "ya and, so, I'm busy" us and 1 Carr in drive thru is not busy. When I complained about my food not being edible she acted Lee she couldn't speak English and understand what I was saying. So we didn't get a refund or edible food. Read moreNormally we had a great experience with very friendly staff here, always 5 stars. But not last night. We went at 11:30pm on May 5th 2022pm. We ordered ahead through the app and had already paid. We stop at the drive thru menu and wait a couple minutes and no one responds. We see 2 cars un front of us waiting at the windows. Eventually we pull up behind those two cars, wondering if they're closed or not. By now it's been at least 5 minutes. We pulled around again and those 2 cars were gone suddenly. We went to the window and if we hadn't paid in advance for food we would have been long gone. We look in and no one js to be seen, and when we drove around we didn't see anyone in the front or dining area either. Finally a woman comes to the window and says sassily "we are only doing doordash and uber eats now." I replied that we had paid ahesd on the app, and that shows up the same as a doordash order. She is mad she has to work I guess, and replies rudely "Well, next time stop at the drive thru menu and wait there." I replied that we DID do that and no one answered. She doesn't give up! She starts saying how she told the manager or whoever else it was that she had to go change her headset battery. From the time it took you think she went out to get a whole new headset lol.
