This place has not only great work, but also amazing customer service! I had the craziest week and wasn’t able to pick up the soccer uniforms for my daughter’s team in time before they closed for the weekend. I didn’t know what to do. The team not only had a game on Saturday but it was also picture day. I reached out to them via Facebook Messenger and explained my situation. One of the employees came to the store to give me the uniforms and I got the uniforms in time for the pictures and the game. This was absolutely above and beyond the call-of-duty. I had tried 4 other businesses in Katy, Texas and was about to give up on custom T-Shirts for an annual family get together. I was told about Brammer’s and gave it a final shot and I am so glad I did. Not only was Addy super patient and friendly, she was willingly to stay late when we placed our initial order. When we got our order, we were completely satisfied with the quality and the turnaround time! I will definitely be using them again!

Only thing that was hard was their hours of operations, as someone who works 8am-5pm M-F, with a 30 minute lunch, I was worried about picking up my order but I just had to have someone else...

A week or so ago I would have agreed with all the glowing reviews. This week, unfortunately, I saw a side of the owner I would never expect. We have had many runs of caps done over the pst 15 years or so. We have come to expect good quality and good service. Our hats were unacceptable and instead of the owner trying to work with us he told us " the customer is not always right" among other insulting comments.
