Today I wanted to try something new and gave this place a try. I am now sitting at home with 75 dollars less in my pocket and a head that is almost shaved after having to literally walk before my "barber" was finished with the services (although he did say the haircut was finished) and had to go to a Sport Clips to get it fixed. This guy by the name of George gave me quite literally THE WORST haircut of my life. He messed up my beard even when I specifically said not to touch it (he messed up the sideburns which were completely uneven and upon bringing it up to him, well he just shaved them off!), and managed to give me a botched haircut that he was supposed to just copy from a picture online. This was no super specialty haircut either. A simple fade and cut a bit off the top. I walked out of there feeling scammed and literally called another place begging them to take me in immediately to fix his "work". Also, the guy went nuts with a razor and gave the worst razor burn on my neck I've ever had in my life. So yeah, the other place helped, but now I have almost no hair left and only hopes that it will grow fast. How is this business operating? Are they not making sure their staff has the skills they claim to have??How does this guy George have a license?

Read moreThe barbershop is absolutely amazing!! The atmosphere is very appealing and the service is amazing! While you wait you can either have a beer, water, or soda and can play arcade games for free. These barbers seem to know what they’re doing when they cut hair more than most other places like great clips or super cuts and are up to date with how to take care of hair. Each time I come all of the barbers I’ve had gives me their own advice with hair and how to take care of it and I’ve learned a lot from the advice I’ve been given. The barbers are very transparent and up front about if they haven’t worked with certain hair before or don’t know too much about a certain hair style before you get the hair cut which I very much appreciate! Read moreI don’t know who the owner is of this barbershop, but you really need to get a hang on your staff. There’s no way in heck someone should have to call back to back more than three times to get an answer. That’s so unprofessional! And on top of that, no one has answered the phone it keeps going to a mailbox. I can only imagine how the people cut hair here.

Your hours are not updated, when you update the hours on your Google business profile it takes up to 48 business hours to do so. Look before you respond next time because you sound.. well dumb if I’m being honest. A simple apology would have been nice. I’m also going to screenshot your response just in case you try to delete it. Also your website is not google. It’s 2025, nobody is going to a barbershops website unless they have to pay...
