I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to feel ignored by the un-friendly cats they have. And the worst part is not that the cats want to be left alone (I understand that) and if you try to pet them you will be SCRATCHED ( I have 2 cats at home they don’t scratch nobody ) The worst part is the workers, they gave me attitude when I was trying to play with one of cats with the wand-feather toy, she came to me to complain “you are overstimulating the cat” is that what you call playing nowadays ? then a minute later they will play with the cats in front of you to make you jealous, whenever they walk all cats follow them, one cat went inside restroom with a girl that works there so disgusting!! So all my attempts to catch the cats attention failed, my last chance after an hour of trying to pet them was to pick them up and hold them like a baby (my cats love when I do that) well the same worker complained she said”we can’t allow you to pick up the cats” well do you want me sit alone looking at you playing with the cats ?(alone I mean with no cat I wasn’t alone per say I came with my friends) I felt really depressed none of the cats liked me enough to play with me but they were playing with the workers how annoying is that !!!! I just wanted the cats to interact with me which it didn’t happen so definitely...
Read moreFirst time visiting and it was so worth the drive! It was really big and so decked out for the cats with all kinds of toys and beds and stuff for them to climb on. It was $22 hour and it includes a drink. If you want to stay longer you can pay $9 for an extra 30 minutes. They additionally have discounts listed at the desk (although I'm not sure if those only are applicable for in person since there isn't a feature for it when booking on their website). They're so friendly and cute!!! Just make sure to give them space and be gentle! Stumpy loved to play. Axel was sooo sweet and loved the treats. Clover, Jennifer, Ursa, and Percy were super affectionate. Mischief LOVED to play and was sweet. There was a little mainly white calico kitten who I didn't catch her name but I loved her so so much she was very silly but so sweet. They had couple items of merch like bags and cups and sticker and they had a mystery prize like option for two dollars. The staff as well were all very kind and helpful. It was clean and a good temperature inside. They have a bathroom as well. There's also so much stuff in the area and tons of easy parking! I hope to...
Read moreI was very excited for my visit cause i used to have 4 cats so the fact being in a room with bunch of cats and kittens was very mesmerizing for me. However, what I expected was not what i experienced. The minute i stepped in I was able to smell the nasty scent. I paid, got in and held one of the kittens and she smelled like she’s never taken a bath. I had indoor cats who sneaked out from time to time and would only shower or bathe them once or twice a year and they never smelled. They only have like 4 chairs in the middle and big tables on the sides and a broken couch. Not a lot of cats for the amount of money I paid for an hour I expected to be able to play with them but there were only 3 kittens and the rest were around 5 or 6 that were asleep or some were wild and would hiss and scratch at everyone. Overall, for the price I expected a lot more. If it was cheaper I would have understood that that’s what you get for paying so little but that wasn’t the case. Also, there were two girls working there in which one I didn’t get a chance to catch her name kept looking at me and my family with a disgust look. Not a good...
