I had really bad lower back pain so I booked a full body massage yesterday here at 4:45 pm, I get there and the lady just said “I called you there is an hour wait” although I never got a call I still waited. She then came in and collected $63 for the full body massage before my massage was given (which I find odd but ok) also on their website it says $60 but I didn’t argue for the extra $3 as I was in pain. The message part went well given the hour I waited. Once I was dressed to check out I went to go tip the lady and then she rudely said “we don’t accept anything lower than 20%” this really made me unpleased with my whole experience here because regardless of how good your experience is no one should demand or tell its customers how much to tip. I ended up tipping 20% because she demanded and I’m nice but in reality that is not right and in fact it makes me think that they only care about the money and not their customer specially someone like me that could have gone somewhere else because I wasn’t seen until an hour after my booked appointment, they put me the massage room and said “you can go to sleep”. Also forgot to mention the countless calls the person received and answered while she was massaging me, that should not be permitted while massaging someone that has paid. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you’d like to be treated nicely specially as a 1st time customer here. I won’t be returning back or recommending this...

I normally don't write reviews but stay far away from this place. When I walked in I was prompted right away to pay, which was a first for me. I went ahead and paid and tipped upfront. The girl who greeted me (she had tattoos on her arm) lead me into a room and told me to undress and someone would knock when ready. I was surprised when I saw her come back in. She proceeded to start my massage and after about 5 minutes she removed my entire towel exposing my whole backside. I froze immediately in shock. For the next 20 minutes I received mostly a butt massage. Then things turned even worse I could tell she was messing with something the entire time... then all of a sudden she was talking on the phone. Everything horrible ran through my head like she's been taking pictures or facetiming. I literally was in tears but in shock and couldn't move or think. I felt so violated. As soon as I saw her on phone she quickly left the room. this experience has completely ruined my thoughts the past couple of days. She totally violated my body and exposed me while on the phone the entire time. Please if anyone is reading this please choose a different place so you won't go...

My wife and I live close to Thai Katy Massage so we thought we would give it a try. We did a couples massage and we really enjoyed it. The facility was clean, professional, and the massage was very nice. For us to spend the money for a massage is a big treat, so a good experience is important. My wife and I agreed it was a fantastic experience and the fastest hour we have ever spent...As the saying goes, "Time flies when your having fun". I highly recommend going there. I did not catch the name of the ladies that gave us our massage, but everything was just right: hot towels with eucalyptus, relaxing atmosphere, perfect pressure, and talented feet.

I do agree with another post in regards to tipping...I handed them $15.00 as a tip for the $120.00 couples massage, I was quickly advised, accompanied by a puzzled look, that it was a "minimum $20% tip" so I handed them another $5.00 to make it an even $20.00, which satisfied the demand and they became gracious and thankful. I did not take it personal, and was not offended, but the request was a little direct and demanding. I still...
