I drove last this place and knew I had to stop in! Homemade peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream is one of my favorite desserts! It was busy on a Sunday afternoon but the line wasn’t too long and we were warmly greeted when we walked in. We ordered peach cobbler which comes with ice cream, churros with dulce de leche and strawberry dipping sauce, a strawberry pudd’n shake and 2 peachy teas. The bill was about $50 with tip. We were politely informed that the wait would be about 20 mins for the churros and we had no problem with the wait. Our order took ended up taking about 40 mins but that wasn’t an issue for us. The problem came when we were given our order and I opened the bag and noticed that there was no ice cream. The menu clearly says is included w peach cobbler. I informed the guy behind the counter who I assume was the owner that my ice cream was not in the bag to which he responded that they were out of ice cream. Instead of just apologizing for leaving something off my order without telling me, the man proceeded to berate me in front of everyone telling me that the ice cream is free and they don’t charge for it anyway. Then, as I was walking out with my family, he decided to loudly announce to all other customers who were waiting on cobblers that the ice cream is free and they just give it out but they are out today. It was very embarrassing. I felt humiliated in that moment and all I did was ask for the ice cream their menu says is included. I personally feel that people should speak on the good as well as the bad. That being said, I will say that the peach cobbler was good and tasted homemade. My kids loved the churros and the peach tea was really good. Will I be back, probably not because I can’t shake the feeling but I will definitely recommend the Peach Cobbler Factory to friend and family. Everyone’s experience...

The cookies are large and esthetically looked good. For 17.99 you get small containers (plastic lidded ramekins. Maybe 6 to 8 ozs) of 4 cobblers and or puddings and a small container( 1 large or 2 small scoops) of vanilla ice cream. I didn't feel the value matched the amount you received. The cobbler (peach mango as well as Carmel apple) were not flavored well and not really any cobbler with the fruit ( 2 or 3 small slices of fruit and the gooey mixture). Both were a bit bitter and pairing with the very basic vanilla lacked depth or flavor pattern. The banana putting was ok, not anything extraordinary. The NY cheesecake pudding tasted an awful lot like the banana pudding. The cookies were a bit over cooked and the topping while tasty did not balance well with the plain crumbly cookie. Had they been more moist and maybe even cakey texture, a little less on the overly sweet topping they would of been more of a hit. Over all I'd give this a 3.5 out of 5 stars, unfortunately I don't think I'll return. I wish value matched the product ( we spent 64 dollars, tip included and 1 diet coke). I do hope they improve and have continued success. I really had higher...
Read moreThe Wait: There were eight people in front of me in line. From the time I got in line to the time I got my peach cobbler and ice cream, 28 minutes had passed. At one point while I was waiting for my order, there were 11 other people waiting for theirs. The Food: For nearly $9, I can not say it was worth the price. The quantity was fine. The ratio of peaches to crust was fine. The crust was a tad bit too broken up, but not too badly. One of my issues was that the scoop of ice cream they gave me on the side (as requested) was not placed in the contained just prior to order. It was scooped at some earlier time...sat out for a while and melted some....then put back into a freezer. The ice cream was very tough to spoon out since their plastic spoons are cooked-noodle flimsy. As for flavor, the ice cream was typical vanilla flavored. The cobbler had a very decent taste and bite. It was okay at best, but the place is named after it, so it should be phenomenal. It's a far cry from my wife's peach cobbler, but that's the best I've ever had. I didn't expect it to be as good as that, but it should have been far better than it was. It's not bad, just nowhere near $9 and 28...
