Today May 16th around 5:36-5:40pm, I came in to exchange or return some heels. Well I had to end up returning them because didn’t have my size. I get to The register and the cashier didn’t even say good afternoon. I just handed her my receipt. I was trying to have a conversation with her and she completely ignored me. Only thing she said was so much money is going back to your account, she gave me my receipt. I said thank you. She just looked at me like I was crazy and completely ignored me. I worked in retail for 25 years so I treat others like I wanted to be treated, but obviously she looked miserable. BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I intentionally wear a small cross-body bag and I was wearing close-fitting clothes (including spandex). Not everyone was stopped and asked to hand over their receipt and open their bags. Read morePopped in here early on a Saturday morning. Access to restrooms are locked. Which, IMO, is fine. Keep theft down, keep prices down! Easily found many 4T boys' 2 pc summer sets. Girls' size 8 dresses were limited but found one that "could be okay". Store is very clean, very organized; staff is pleasant. Why the 4 stars? Hmm. In retrospect "because" it didn't entice me to shop and buy everything I didn't need, I "should" give it 5 stars.
