I recently made a purchase only to taste, that the drink was spoiled. I didn’t even drink much of it. I had tried calling the location severely times for hours since I live 30 mins away even left a voicemail. I decide to attempt one more call to finally speak with an employee who inform that I could come back. When I had arrived the employee had seen my drink and inform me, she had to speak to her manager. The employee was helpful as much as she could but the manager didn’t care to resolve the issue. She tried to offer me a 25% off which is nothing after what I had paid. Lost my money. The manager even said that’s all she can do for a spoiled drink. Terrible customer service. I just tried to return a full drink that was purchased right before closing last night because it had a very strong chemical smell and taste. It did not seem safe to drink and tasted terrible. The manager refused to replace the drink because I didn’t call after closing hours to try to report the issue. I couldn’t even get my $5.15 reward back. The employee was apologetic and understanding, but the manager needs a lesson in accountability and customer service. My husband and I was planning to buy 2 additional drinks once we got my drink replaced but the manager messed that up over a $6.48 drink she refused to replace. What can I say? This place is a hidden gem. The drinks are out of this world, especially that Texas Tea flavor! Maybe it should be renamed “Knock Your Socks Off” because every time I get it, it always satisfies and never fails to give me a buzz to knock my socks off.
