Wildflower Threads — Local services in Katy

Wildflower Threads is an AMAZING company! I saw a necklace a couple months ago that I liked. Last week, I went back to the store looking for the necklace. They did not have it in stock, but immediately offered to A) order it for me, knowing I need it within a few days or B) help me find something else similar in store. Alex patiently helped me look at all kinds of different items and I ended up choosing to order the necklace I originally came in for. When I called to find out the status of the order, I was informed that due to the busy Christmas season, the order would come in a day late. Later that day, I got a text from Alex updating me on the status and offering to pick it up from the distribution center if I needed it asap!! Y'all, I haven't even paid for this necklace yet!! Between phone calls, in person, and via text, these ladies at Wildflower Threads have been super helpful. The necklace arrived just in time and I will be picking it up today - & with the option of gold or silver. Love y'all and thank you for the INCREDIBLE customer service! This was me and my granddaughter first visit very nice store neat and clean. I’m big on customer service when we walked in all eyes on us and then the young lady behind the counter said are you looking for anything in particular. I would have liked to have heard “Welcome to Wildflower Threads my name is __ let me know if I can help you.” There was others in there just staring like they’ve never seen an African American that was annoying. We were going to purchase shoes but they didn’t have the size my granddaughter needed. We were both neat and clean we just happened to passing by there after leaving the Post Office and since my granddaughter was heading off to college and we saw a dress in the window we wanted to check...

Wow! What an amazing store filled with just the kind of clothing and accessories you’d want to find in a locally owned women’s clothing boutique.
