We went to the Kearney store and had a great experience there. We purchased a washer and dryer set from there. Got home and that Monday called and ordered some furniture. They were hoping the furniture would be here on time when the washer and dryer were scheduled to be delivered but due to the weather it was delayed. Still delivered the washer and dryer when scheduled. The furniture was to be delivered that Friday but then the driver had and emergency so was delayed. Chris personally called me and explained the situation and thanked me for being understanding. The furniture was scheduled to be delivered that Monday and when I talked to Chris that day he guaranteed me we would have it. The guys were very busy that day. They showed up at 915 that night to deliver. Come to find out there truck had broke down also on the way to deliver. The guys were very apologetic. And instead of signing papers or a contract, they showed me a bunch of other products on the website after I told them what I wanted. It was very awkward. Then they said they would call me when it showed up on the following Wednesday, no call. So I called Friday and I was told that they forgot to call and said that they didnât get half of what they ordered but their GM assured them itâd be on the next truckâŚa week later no call again so I took my business and money else where! And will be getting furniture on Monday. They clearly showed that they donât take their business that seriously enough to make a simple phone call. Iâm glad I didnât hand over the money I had! Zane has tried to help me twice now with setting up my card for payment for services and he failed to do so and I've had to discuss the same payment plan 3 different times now. Please focus on communication and setting up payments correctly with your customers. Other than that I am quite happy with our computer and our stove.
