When traveling from Utah to spokane to hoopfest. I got a flat tire got out and changed it and was on my way. 10 min later I got another flat tire at exit 65 in Idaho. I felt helpless all I need was a tire. I am a Jesus Guy so I said a prayer than did a google search and Les Schwab 14 miles away. So I called they answered I explained my situation at first hesitant but said let me talk to my manager Tyler. Tyler got on the phone I said all I need is a spare and I will buy 4 tires from you guys. told him my tire size and within the hour A guy named Jake showed up and Put the tire on and gave me directions to the store and was on his way. I headed to Les Schwab and was greeted by Howie who took care of me and fit me in that day which they were very busy. Finally talked to the manager Tyler when I was paying for my tires. And told him he was an answer to my prayers. he gave me hope in our country again. I could of passed his store with the spare tire he gave me and headed to hoop fest. but he trusted me. God Bless. My son and I were on an extended road trip when we started experiencing severe shaking and clunking in the front end of my husband's truck. (My front passenger tire was about to fall off!) The closest service from our MT location was Kellogg's Les Schwab. We pushed through to find the most concerned, kind, and helpful group of people I have ever known. Not only did they immediately get us in on a Saturday late afternoon, but they made sure I was safe enough to drive to CDA for the parts that they didn't have in stock, and Randy was so kind to speak to my husband about the situation via my cell phone. Not only that, but after spending a great deal of time and work, (they switched out tires, fixed the broken bolt, and added nuts where needed) I wasn't charged one cent! They kindly sent me on my way to CDA for the rest of the fix so I could get home safely in WA state. To say that I recommend this fine business is an understatement. As I was hauling a horse from MT to WA, I heard an odd thump and felt my trailer rattle. My first thought was my mare was hung up or down. I slowed immediately and saw one of my trailer tires had blown up. I was crossing through two big mountain passes where there is virtually no cell service for about an hour's travel. I pulled off onto the shoulder, my goal was to head to the next exit about 1/2 mile away. As I rounded the turn, there was a road maintenance truck parked on the shoulder with another vehicle parked in front of it. No way I could get back into the lane of traffic to pass, so I had to park behind them. Guess who had cell service? Ready to call AAA, I got out to ask what mile marker we were near to realize this was infact a Les Schwab Tires truck!!! I looked up and thanked my guardian angel once again. This kind man finished helping the folks in front of him then with a smile helped me. 45 minutes later, and NO charge, I was back in the road. 💕🙏💕 Thank...
