I had a few questions about some brakes that were rubbing and squeaking. I also needed a headset adjustment but before I could get to that question I was interrupted by the mechanic and was unable to get into details on what I was experiencing.

All I needed to know was how to best align and adjust my brakes, and wanted a professional to walk me through it. The brakes are new to me, and are on a $12k bike. I would rather have a pro do it once than myself tinker with them for days.
