To whom it may concern, I just recently purchased my third vehicle from Dave smith and their service has entirely fell off. They give you long talks about how they will check in with you after and make sure everything is good. They lost one of my key fobs and both my salesman Andrew and the finance lady both had told me they would look for it and let me know if they find it. I’ve contacted Andrew three times now and the guy won’t get back to me. I think this is mostly because I decided I wouldn’t buy their junk warranty therefore reducing their commission. I purchased a used 2011 ram 2500 I was told by the sales team that the truck was inspected but apparently not vey good. When I got the truck home I went to buy new tires and found that the front steering and suspension was completely shot they did send me me ball joints but when the work started there was a lot of other parts needed over 1200 dollars later I’m still pouring money into it there was also what looked like a bullet hole in the roof which let in a bunch of water the ruined the head liner I know buyer beware but they definitely need a better team checking out...
