I stopped using them back in 2019 because they would always charge me more than what the price was. It has been a few years so because they are local and I am huge supporter of local businesses I decided to give them a try again. I clearly asked them the price before I came in and when they confirmed the appointment but when I got there she quoted me an extra $45. When I asked her what the price would be before she started she became very nervous and told me well I was going to give you a special lash cleaning and I said I don’t want the special lash cleaning. She became very upset and I decided to leave because it was very uncomfortable. She was physically stopping me from leaving and I told her I’d call the local authorities if I had to and I left. Very unfortunate because I tried but I will continue to go out of town rather than deal with miracle lash who had prior charged me more than what they told me and this time when I asked why the extra $45 told me she was adding a special cleaning. This is considered a hybrid set they charged me $145 (plus tax and tip) and my lashes look like this 4 days later 🥺! I’m so disappointed! They show you nice pretty minky lashes and use totally different lashes. They use cheap pre-made fans which are ok if that’s your preference but that fact that they showed me totally different lashes and then proceeded to use pre-made fans really made me upset! I opened my eyes and had a bunch of gaps of which were visually obvious and I still had to point them out and ask her to fill them in. They advertised individual lashes but use the cluster lashes.She charged me over $160 for clusters that could be installed at any nail salon in NJ. Please don't be fooled bring your Magnifyig mirror as the lighting is so dim you can't see the lashes until you're at the front desk being asked to pay a tip on top of the astronomical price.
