I went in today very hungry with my puppy in my arms because I had just come back from the vet so I had no other option. I was there for maybe 5 minutes looking at what I wanted when the lady there tells me I can’t be in there with a dog because of the food. I understand that but she was very calmly in my arms not bothering anyone. The other customer there was even talking to me about my puppy and had no problem with her, seeing as all the food was behind a glass case and she wasn’t even fussing. I told her calmly that my puppy is in my arms and she’s very small.she was not having it so I left with an empty stomach and never coming back. I have gone into other bakeries with her and never been turned down like that. I felt disrespected. Your people need to be more understanding to people’s situations, she was acting as if my puppy was all over the food. What she told me was not a valid reason, if I had walked in with a service dog would the treatment...

Horrible experience. I pre order a cake and the wrong cake was given to me. I asked for fresh peaches with vanilla filling. Instead they gave me peaches from a can with wipped cream. They were supposed to decorate it with the simple flowers they make and there was not a single flower. I also asked for peach color and they gave me baby pink. When I spoke to the owner Maria she said that the person who took my order had me on speakerphone and she over heard me requesting no flowers. So she send me to a flower shop, across the street and buy my own flowers for me to decorated. She was very unprofessional and angry. She didn’t accept responsibility of their mistake. I would have understood if she would have apologized because I know anyone can make a mistake. that’s not knowing that they also messed up the inside of the cake. I wouldn't ever go back to that store. Apparently they have no idea how significan a cake can be for...

I ordered a cake for approximately 35 people and can't begin to describe the amazing work they do. I gave them a picture of what I wanted done and received a cake in turn that came out even better than the picture itself, and surpassed what I had even imagined. Not only a beautiful cake, but moist, fresh and delicious. The girls at the counter that took my order were amazing, patient and took all the necessary steps to make sure that what I wanted was delivered. Even the staff when picking up the cake was so accommodating, asking if i need help getting the cake to the car because it was heavy. A truthfully amazing experience, that made the birthday party it was ordered for....
