Cutting corners to pay for the remodel? After waiting 15+ minutes for an enchilada platter, and a classic veggie burrito, I was told there was no "veggie mix" for the veggie burrito. They asked me if I was OK not having the veggie mix and just take the burrito with the other stuff. After some back and forth we settled on them adding some more shredded lettuce to fill out the rest of the burrito. I had the enchilada platter a few days before and thought the bag of chips was a bit light. This time I checked and saw the bag was only 1/4 filled, if that much, and asked for a few more chips to go with my platter. I was baffled when they shot me down, saying they are only supposed to put EIGHT chips in each bag. Not only did they take forever for the order, they also were not able to fulfill it. I figured it was a given they'd just add a few more chips, but not a chance. I got home a bit annoyed because my enchilada platter got cold while they figured out what to do about the burrito. Also, it turns out there was only seven chips, SEVEN! Crazy right? I have never eaten at a place so stingy with chips in my life. I have no idea if this is a change since the remodel started to try and update the outside of the building to keep up with the new community center across the street or what. For all I know they have been stingy forever, since I've never had chips there until a few days ago.
You might be thinking... "What the heck? This guy is raving about chips?" Take a look at the photos and judge for yourself. Either put more chips in the bag or order smaller bags so people don't feel like there must clearly have been a mistake.

Read moreI've been to this location 4 times and have never been totally satisfied, the employees are slightly rude and very short and it takes FOREVER to go through the drive thru, also it's the most expensive TT location I've been to. But my last visit made me never want to go back. They messed up my order.... TWICE. First time in the drive thru, they gave me the wrong order all together (a burrito instead of a soft taco) so i had to turn around and go back. They realized i got the wrong order before i said anything and gave me the "correct" order, which i took one quick peek in my bag and realized it was wrong.... Again. I ordered a #4 beef with no tomato and a crisp burrito beef and i did get a #4 and a crisp burrito... but they were both chicken and left the tomato in the taco. So they remade it for me and threw some... Crustos? In the bag for the mix up (which is the only reason im giving this a 2*) but my crisp burrito was not fresh and there was very very little sour cream in my taco. It was pretty gross. I couldn't finish either item. Also my sprite tasted normal but it was orange like it had peach in it. And cant forget the mexi-fries, they were luke-warm. Next time i want TT ill just wait til i get home and go to the Lake Stevens location that never...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience 2 times in a row and I won't be coming back to see if they can get it right the 3rd time! Waited in the drive through for 17 minutes and even after I was asked what dressing i would want for my Mexi platter salad it was nowhere to be found along with the utensils or napkins as I was miles down the road. Upon returning to get what I was missing I entered the store and found no employees in sight and certainly not at the register for a full 5 minutes and then after I explained and showed my receipt the girl went to get the ranch and dissapeared for another 3 minutes then came back with no ranch and asked what I wanted again. Crazy how poorly run this location is. In total it took 25 minutes of me being physically at the store to get my order. It's a shame that as much as I like taco time and as good as all other locations are at getting orders correct and in a timely fashion this specific store is failing miserably and surely turning people who might be first time customers away forever. Management is failing across the board. Also there is no placard about how to get a hold of anybody to let the owners or anybody know how terribly the business...
