Hot Topic — Local services in Kennesaw

I just happened to stop in this Hot Topic to see if I could find a cool T-shirt or two for my husband. He's a huge graphic t-shirt fan. I found something that would definitely fit him. There were two sales associates that were extremely helpful in helping me find not only good shirts, but a good deal with the buy one get one 30% off sale, and finding the right size. The first associate was ready to help me not long after I walked in the door and was really wonderful and sweet in listening to the details of my needs. They talked to me about the subject matter of the graphic shirts and the shows connected to them. The second associate was willing to order things online to help me get what I needed if I couldn't find something good. They were so sweet. I had honestly forgotten about Hot Topic because we don't go to the mall much anymore. But considering how much we love graphic t-shirts, I could see myself stopping in here a little bit more often to enhance our graphic...

Fun place to shop and find things for pop culture I enjoy. I love the stock and how often it changes- it definitely pulls me back to the store often! The employees are usually very friendly, especially as of recently.

A downside I have found lately is I order online to be shipped and picked up at the store a lot, but the last time I was there, all the packages that people order are kept on a rack on the wall right near the front door and in plain sight of everyone coming in and out. It doesn't feel secure at all, especially since my full name is displayed right where anyone can dig through it or steal my package.

It's a nice store, but I'm definitely not going to be ordering anything anytime soon with the way they have the packages set up, which is a shame because I mostly buy...

I met Spencer and Dani at this location. (Sorry if I spell any of your guys names wrong) They were super cool and seemed like they were happy to talk to me which is always something you want when you need help. Dani helped me find 2 things to match with what I already got. Didn’t really expect to get anything, but one shirt made me think I wanted an outfit and I asked if they had any pastel skirts and Dani ended up finding one in the back for me a couple minutes later and suggested things that’d go well with it.
