The WORST customer service ever!!! The older women act as if you're a bother when you shop. The "younger" one, Misty, is completely rude. I stood at the counter, LITERALLY IN FRONT OF HER FOR 5 MINUTES and she acted as if she didn't see me and never once asked if i needed help. AND I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER!!! She only responded to me when I spoke up and asked if she was the only one working. Then, and ONLY then she acknowledged me. I was ready to spend a good amount in that store, I'm glad I didn't. I went to Barnes and Noble and received way more help. I was there the other day with my mom. We have always loved the Hallmark store especially during the holidays. The ladies were all smiles even through the hustle and bustle of a lot of customers. We were even helped with finding a specific ornament and enjoyed looking around. It's a clean and well organized store. There were a couple rude men yelling at some other customers and talking to the manager outside. They were rude but the manager handle it extremely well. She kept peace and maintained order. We...
