This location is really good at hiring associates with an attitude. On more than two occasions, they were only friendly when they knew for sure you were about to buy something.
Save yourself the headache and only go there if you want to try pieces on to make sure you get the right size. I only order online now or wait until I’m around the N Druid Hills/ Decatur location before buying. The lady in that store is lovely!
The last time I went was the last straw. I came in at 10:58 am because the light was on and the girls were at the counter. I didn’t realize they didn’t open until 11 am. The girls didn’t say anything when I walked in but let me get several feet into the store before rudely telling me that they’re not open right now. I didn’t even look at the time before realizing that the store opened in less than a minute! If there’s a strict policy to not open until 11 on the dot, then that’s fine. But no need to be rude about it. I went outside to wait for less than a minute and met another customer who had to make an exchange for bracelet he purchased shortly before that day that was already broken!
We waited at the door and when one of the girls came to open the door, she did so with, again, an attitude! No good morning or anything!
As usual, I did not hear a friendly tone from her until she knew that the other customer was going to buy something.

It wasn't until I got someone's attention, that we were finally acknowledged. We made our purchase, and was on our way. 2 days later, the 3 stones fell out of my daughter's ring. My wife went in to return the ring, and was informed there is not a return policy. She was then informed that my daughter was too rough with the ring, causing the stones to fall out. They ordered us another ring, with attitude, on our way again. 6 weeks later, the ring has arrived. My wife goes to pick it up, and is rudely informed that if this happens again, there would be no warranty, and that we were lucky that they covered the first one for a year. I called, irritated at this point, spoke to the manager on duty, and was told I would get a phone call a few days later. Guess what? No phone call, hence the bad review. I tried to resolve the issue before reviewing the company, but it doesn't surprise me the overall store manager didn't call. Couldn't tell if there was an order to helping the next customer. Once, they were fairly courteous and I got what I needed...spent several hundred dollars. However they had at least three sales women, i was the only customer, and i was not a priority to whatever store business they were focused on. A few times, courteous, somewhat professional, but not what I'd call friendly. So it's a store I'll go to when I need pandora and can't wait for an online order. But begrudgingly...not looking forward to the experience. Sad, because with very little effort, they could make it a nice experience even if a wait was required. My biggest issue is they never ever answer the phone. So for these reasons, I look first to pandora online, online stores (even ebay), jewelry stores that carry pandora, and other close by locations.
