Poor quality jewelry- my husband purchased a bracelet with stones for Christmas 2020. Because of the stone colors I only wore it 3 times and noticed 3 of the stones were missing, after 10 months. I went to the store and the rude young lady told us she was the owner and manager, she wanted us to pay to have the stones replaced! They lied on a receipt by purposefully putting a number to look like another so when I came in for a refund after I had it appraised* they said I only paid 200 NOT 700. They’re crooks and will definitely steal your money. Don’t shop here and spread the word. I have spent alot of $$$ here. The stones are NOT real. I’ve been to three different jewelers and they all said the stones are glass. Even used a diamond tester and it won’t even show up as Masonite . They will claim it is lab grown diamonds this is not true! The metal is real. But it has no value ! Spent almost $500 on 2 rings. $600+ on 2 chains, and even purchased pinky rings here as well and more! Not happy with the result...
