Store manager was very rude and embarrassed me and my disabled mother in front of her employees. I understand the dressing rooms are closed to the general public. I was layered in clothing with more than one shirt on. I stayed fully clothed and tried on a sweater top. I was not exposed and never took off my pants or under garments. Intstead of comming to speak to my privately she yelled you can't try that on here. I asked politely where the policy was written in the store or online. The manager couldn't tell me this information. She proceeded to yell at me about the return policy and our dressing rooms are closed for that reason we don't want you to try stuff on. I was not offered any assistance to help navigate the very cluttered store. No one offered to help me or my mother in a wheelchair with our shopping experience. The employees including the manager were talking about personal stuff and nothing work related. There were no other customers in the location at this time. I needed an outfit for a very specific reason and needed to know immeaditly if it fit or not. I could not wait to return the item. My mother was also needing to shop but due to the lack of help and embarassment we took our business elsewhere. I feel like the store manager is not only fat biased but also against the disabled...

I was just at your store rainbow clothing store yesterday January 6,2025 at Town center mall on Barrett parkway and I entered the store to purchase a couple of things that I know that I want it as I proceed to come to the cash register the manager Alicia informed one of the other employees that she wouldn't be able to ring me out only a manager because I used to work for rainbow and I let Alicia the manager know that that's not true and she can ring me up and then she got upset for no reason and proceeded to tell me that she wants me to leave the store and she's going to press charges on me for trespassing. she is very rude disrespectful and I will not accept this and I want to hear from corporate and I want corporate to look at the cameras in this store because this manager Alicia is taking things over her head she is threatening her employees and it's going too far. And if I'm not mistaking I think the month of November are December corporate had to get in contact with the store to let them know to ring me up because I'm a customer not employee anymore I do not get any discounts so therefore I do not need a manager to ring me up so I need someone to get in contact with me as soon as possible because this is very serious due to your manager Alicia she is very rude and she's taking...

Came here with my best friend and my 3 yr old daughter. Wasn't even in the store for 30 seconds before this rude employee (young lady with glasses) started yelling at my 3yr old for wandering into the window(note there was nothing in the window display) I was just about to get my daughter but this employee beat me by 1 second and started yelling at her. My friend and I were horrified that she was yelling at her. After I got my daughter I went to try on a cardigan and the same employee started yelling at me telling me I can't try on clothes unless it is a cardigan or a coat. I looked at my friend and asked her," Isn't this a cardigan?" My friend said, "yes it is a cardigan." The rude employee just kept saying I couldn't try on the cardigan as it was their store policy. Keep in mind there is no store policy listed at the door when you walk in and we were at the front of the store so we had no idea that you can't try on clothes there. Yeah make that make sense!!! I've been shopping for clothes a lot longer than this girl has been alive and I have never been treated this way. Not like I was taking clothes off. I was just trying on a cardigan over my clothes.
