Family Dollar — Local services in Pinellas Park

This was literally the worst customer service I've ever had. I went into this store to get 4 things, the cash register lady was rude & ignorant. I placed my card in the slot bc of the chip & it wasnt working so SHE pulled it oit and said to do it again, the screen said swipe it so i swiped it instead. Mind you this women started yelling at me telling me i shouldnt have removed my card, i said youuuu removed my card even HER what i believe was her husband said the same thing. Then she went on running her mouth, mean while ahe disnt even watch the register as the transaction went thru. I muself told her that she needs lessons on customer service bc she was worried about everyone else. I will mot go back to this store and i will let everyone know what ignorance she & the others were. Never have I had that. So i suggest you pick...

Just stopped in the store for a couple of things, of course. This isn't necessarily store related but, I was having a conversation with another customer about NICU babies when an employee energetic and on conversation and made me feel more at ease and have information to pass along to my sister because my niece is in the NICU. I don't remember the girl's name but it was the store on 54th Avenue in St Pete, long dark curly hair but the ends were bleached blonde and she had a son that was in the NICU about a year ago. This location also is incorporating a Dollar Tree store in same building. This allows You to buy stuff from both companies and use a single register to check out at. The store was a bit messy and disorganized but they're still incorporating the Dollar Tree, so to be fair it's expected. Also the employees are really helpful and professional. I WILL CONTINUE SHOPPING HERE over other locations for either companies providing the stock the main products I need and want from both companies..

Loving and encouraging this concept for not only other locations but other companies as well!!! Still cramped isles but good deals. Low prices...
