I am vacationing, wanted to get my nails done, mostly for my birthday. I was referred to Trans Nails. This was not an experience that I bargained for. I don’t like to wear the trendy nails. However on others they are nice. I am not persuading anyone to stop going or to not go in. I am just telling my story. People go where they want but this is one place I will never return to. The communication was horrible. When I expressed that I wanted square and for my nails not to be thick, the wife said baby they are square, me knowing they were not square. Thinking maybe I should just let her finish so I looked at my nails again and she asked what was wrong. I said can they be more square, they look coffin shaped. That was a disaster, the husband weighed in and at this point I am being made to believe that coffin is square. Went in on Monday, on Thursday the dry glitter was coming off my nail. I was addressed when I walked in and I said I would like for my nails to be redone, the husband said it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait. So I sat down. He eventually walked over and started talking to me, tone was loud and rude, and he was telling me I can’t walk in two weeks later with this issues. I said I clearly told what I wanted, it has not been two weeks because I came in on Monday and Thursday the paint is coming off. Then he said it’s been a week and a half then. I said no it has not. My vacation is two weeks I have one more full week left here. Then I was told. I will fix them this time but you can’t come back I here. After bout 10 mins he called me over. I was trying to tell what I wanted again. Showed him a picture from his own website and he went in with the mouth again. Saying I don’t understand why you came back if you were so dissatisfied and that after this you can’t come back to his nail shop. I was good with the job the wife did bc I did not want to sit and have them redone bc she filed them coffin. I had things to do. My point is don’t talk to me like I am stupid, these are my hands and you don’t get to do whatever you please and you definitely don’t get to talk to me in the manner you did. So Mr Owner to answer your question. I came back bc I paid for a service, l left understanding that this is what I had to work with. Was not ok but when my nail polish came off 4 days later, that was unacceptable so you needed to fix it. The service I got the second time was way worst than the first time. So I hope you think about how you treated a customer of yours and strive to be kinder bc how you treated me was just wrong especially talking loud enough for your other customers to hear. Very...

I have gone there twice both times paid over $75 for a pedicure and manicure with just a regular paint job and it has been the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever received in my life. Went there yesterday noticed I’m always overcharged never offered any type of beverages, very poor service a four year old could of done better, I have to go back today and get them fixed that will be the last time I will ever go back there what a inconvenience. The owner was sitting next to me doing her own nails not even noticing how horrible of a job the girl was doing, she was very rude giving no customer service at all I have no idea how this place stays open someone needs to call the health department. Beware they will see you coming a mile way and overcharge you for a terrible job, By the way I went back to get my nails fixed the next day and they were exceptionally rude to me and made me wait an hour and a half just to fix my nails the owners Kim and Kevin are very rude and talk about how the only nice ladies in the shop are those who tip them, and the lady who fixed my nails refused to listen to me and said there was only something wrong with two of my nails and they look absolutely horrible I will never go back to this filthy place the owner Kevins comments that he makes are inappropriately disgusting towards women. Exotic nails should be ashamed to call Trans nails their "sister store"! I went in to get my nails removed and afterwards put a gel on top of my real nails to harden them. The whole point of this was obviously to keep my real nails that had grown out so long under the fake ones. Well after it was all said and done 90% of my real nails were gone and with them all the time and money I had put into getting them that length!! What's worse is that after she removed them (if that's what you want to call it, I would say ripped them off) she did not file or shape my real nails! I was so disappointed and upset that at that point I didn't even care for her to paint them, I paid and left! Very unprofessional and not trained properly. Even I know you first soak them to soften, sand to get down almost to th re real nail and then gentle separate the fake nail from the other slowly cuttin/chipping away the fake as to not damage the real! Unbelievable I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB MYSELF AT HOME FOR FREE and got more for my money as "I" would have sanded, filed, buffed and painted...
