Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Kennett

Please don't delete my opinion for how I feel that this company in Kenneth, Missouri has decriminalized me. Twice already it has been removed when I spoke out about the services not provided for no reason my opinion. This is the second time they have tried to hide my post. If you try to hide my review again I promise I will post it on face book. I went to rent from them and just got the run around for two days. I also believe my opinion that the manager lied to me me about calling my contacts. I will go to rent one for my needs and I suggest you do as well. To explain my 4 contacts. Two of them owned separate health providers companies in Missouri, one produces honey from the bee hives here in town that sell it to stores like Hay's groceries stores and places in Tennessee. Another is a well established barber shop in Caruthersville, Missouri. The other was the Mayor in town here and the last was the landlord rental house where I have lived the past 15 month. These contacts are personal friends of mine not connected through the companies they own and run. I have one more phone number contact they may get from me which is an attorney which is a personal friend as well living in Kennett, Missouri. On Saturday I called rent one and they fix me right up over the phone and delivered a washer and dryer with-in a couple hours and they even brought out the paper work so I didn't even have to leave my home. Now that's how you run a business. I'll never call Aaron's again and I'll suggest you do the same and call Rent One.... Their staff is so much friendlier and I saved money. We have had numerous merchandise through them, but under their "new" management, they are not the same. They call BEFORE the end of the day you are due, then they send a letter saying they are getting law involved if you dont return their merchandise AFTER YOU SPOKE TO THEM ON THE PHONE..WT?? I am seriously thinking about returning my items that i currently have to them. I have been a good customer for many years and they know perfectly well i always pay my monthly payments. Today I went to get me an adjustable bed,was told Friday to wait till today and it would only cost me $1 to get started. Nope was told that person was wrong ..called cooperate and they said that sale is online and in store from May 3 to May 9 . Not happy knowing I've never missed a payment nor have I ever been late and I spend a lot of money there. I'll pay my stuff off and I'll search for a bed some place else. Losing a good customer.
