Crossroads Mall — Local services in Kennewick

Came to checkout this Spudnuts doughnuts shop since the ladies at Dutch Bros we're bragging about the best doughnut shop in Tri cities. First off, there was no display to see what kind of doughnuts they offer and the trays were too far back to even see what they offered. The lady at the cashier didn't even introduce us what they have but offer us a seat and we look around then no one came to help us. So finally found the menue on the table where we were sitting at, the menue didn't offer any much details or whatever. Second lady came to take our order didn't offer much but asked what we wanted, making it even more harder for us tp order. She gave me the wrong doughnuts that I pointed out (yes I had to point out what I wanted from a tray that was far away behind the counter from where I was sitting) all that frustration, I didn't even bother to try to get my order right since they don't even bother helping you on your fist visit. When my little family and I started eating our doughnuts, let's just say it was hard & old like it has been sitting there for more than a day. It wasn't good and enjoyable to eat. My 13 nonths old had a hard time eating his because this waitress decided to give my baby not so soft doughnut with hard icings and tons of sprinkles... really?? This will be our last stop and we will never come back to this place because my kids says Krispy Kreme is better and yes I have to agree Krispy Kreme doughnuts are better, more freshest tastes, display of doughnuts to choose and better services during our first visit...

Awesome women's clothing boutique in this mall called Celia's Boutique. We have shopped here several times. Many exclusive items. The owner knows her stuff and has a great eye for what looks good...
