The lack of management and professionalism in this place is astonishing. Specially the head management at this store specifically. The workers are asked to put in 110% but are treated and laid off as if their hard work was meaningless. I witnessed two people getting laid off at one of their other locations and when one of them tried to get an explanation out of the owner, the guy just walked away and ignored the worker whom was very frustrated and confused. The manager is limited English proficient which limits her to solve conflict among monolingual English speaking costumers, she lacks autonomy, and she does not maintain boundaries within the team or chairman/ owner of the store. i am so damm mad with this store ppl are so rude specially the cashiers thinking they own the damm store, my daughter was hold against her will just cuz she needed $5 and dint had her phone to transfer her money and the cashier didnt let her go get her money or even void the transaction🤬 she had her too daughters with her, i am a cashier and i know damm well you can void a transaction, when i called to speak to the manager the girl was so rude that she hanged the phone on me and since i live just around the corner she thought i wasnt gonna show up until i did, i called to speak to the manager and she told me she couldnt give no info to me and that she was not allowed to say if she was in the store or not!!!! i am so...

My review went from 5 star to one star due to the constant need to steal. First time, they charged me twice for an item. I had to go back and show them the receipt. First time yeah ok honest mistake, second time they charged an item twice again went back ok no problem maybe it was a mistake, but this time they charge me an item I had not purchased and I went back and they looked at me like damn, I got caught but was like I'm so sorry I was checking the price on another item.
