Went in today to buy a lawn chair that I saw online going for $9.99. I went in with my friend and we found them in this big bin with a sign that also said they were $9.99. I grabbed a chair and took it to the register and the associate run it up as $24.99, I told her that thereās a sign that said they were $9.99. She starts going back in forth with me saying that the chair I brought up is not part of the $9.99 and that itās not the same chair as the ones that are $9.99. When I went up to the bins there was all sorts of different chairs mixed in there and the one that I grabbed there was multiple of them in that bin. The manager Farris, I believe is his name refused to honor that price. He kept saying āI understand what youāre saying but we are not changing the price.ā I understand if someone maybe misplaces one item but there was multiple of the same chair in the bin! And they could not get that through their heads. I even called customer services and they were no help either. Iām not a difficult customer at all, but this is simple customer service. If something is falsely advertised you need to honor the price. This is the first place that has refused to ever do this. Horrible management and horrible customer service. It was honestly so annoying on how repetitive they kept being saying āI understandā¦ā No, you donāt. I understand that they are a different chair but you put them in this big bin with this sign that says they are $9.99. Maybe separate them so people donāt get confused. It also didnāt help that they mixed them in with the same brands...

This review is specifically oriented towards their so called ācustomer service specialistā Aaron - a slender, blonde type who was micromanaging the poor check-out employees. I came in to do an exchange on a pair of oncloud shoes that I recently purchased for $180. Aaron was admant that the shoe undoing itself was completely my fault without even bothering to inspect the shoe, be willing to explore other options and was extremely dismissive and wanting to argue with me, it was both baffling & frustrating that somebody called a ācostumer service specialistā would go out of there way to not help. Thankfully his leadership stepped in & they took care of us in no time, returning us the complete $180 that were out āof their [aaron] handsā I am making this review for future customers to be aware of employees like this and to not take their personal decision...

Looking around the store i couldnāt find it so i asked a cashier. This was the most unprofessional interaction iāve had in awhile. Caden looked like he had been up all night. Eyes red, swollen, and bloodshot he looked like he didnāt want to be there.
He radioed into the back to see if there were any left. He insisted that the store had none in stock and made excuses why it showed some in stock and some not. He was completely unwilling to help. Based on other reviews this seems common.
I went to my car. did any online order. Ran another errand and the beanie was ready for pick up almost...
