Very great service, very friendly! Went in to get a replacement trophy for my child, her trophy was broken before she could receive it. When I went in to pick it up they told me not to worry about it and they covered it! I tried to pay but they would not let me. Couldn’t recommend a better place. The trophy was very nice, sturdy, and was also better than the original trophy my daughter was going to receive. Just want to say again how friendly and helpful...

I love this place. I go out of my way each year to get my awards done here because the service is good and I trust the owner. As an example, Jeff went out of his way to meet me outside of his business hours the last time I had an order for him because it was more convenient for me.
