Windsor Plywood — Local services in Kennewick

Fantastic selection of hardwood for woodworkers. Staff were very helpful as I picked out wood to make a coffee table (my first furniture making endeavor). They also have a staining station so you can try out different stains - even better if you bring in a piece of the wood you are working with. Staff offered to open any can of new stain if they were missing one (they sell Minwax & Old Masters stains). Neil was particularly helpful. He used biscuits to make the table top for me since I didn't have this equipment. Shop time is extra, but reasonable. All in all, I found the staff extremely helpful for a novice...

ordered a door blank Oct 28th was to arrive within a few days. then got a call this morning 11/17 said supplier called and said it would not be here until sometime in January. I had assumed door had arrived and my contractor had notpicked it up as they were going to pick it up when needed. This was poor follow thru/customer service. if it had not arrived when expected they should have checked what was wrong. Would have rated lower, but they had sold us a couple of doors earlier this year and the experience was good. Guess some of the crew needs more customer...

These guys are amazing, they have a wonderful product line, they have some really top-tier stains, and I’m in the stain game. They have some excellent penetrating oil based stains, which are extremely difficult to find in the Tri-Cities. Beyond that their staff have a wealth of knowledge and are extremely agreeable to helping you if you’re in some form of a bind or another.
