My boyfriend and I found exactly what we needed and then some. Super friendly and very helpful staff. Everything was a bit pricey compared to what you can find online, but everything that we have bought so far has proven to be worth it and of amazing quality. They are open pretty late compared to the majority of the stores around tri cities, so after work and our day to day activities we are able to go in to the store and not feel rushed. We had planned on only making a quick stop, but they have so much to choose from we ended up spending a couple of hours shopping and didn't even realize it until we got to the car. The atmosphere as well as the staff made us both feel very welcomed and we were able to be ourselves without judgment. The staff is very well knowledged on all of their products so that any and all of the questions we had were answered in depth and we even got a few pointers as well as better options than what we had asked about. When this location first opened in the early '90s, it was filled with product. These days, it's been scaled back. This is not a bad thing, IMHO, because it seems the company has decided to make its displays a little more discreet and welcoming to couples, as my wife and I found.

We came here some years back for a Magic Wand, to avoid the S & H costs of ordering online as we had done previously. I returned alone recently for lubricant and erectile aids. Customer service seems to depend on the staff working at the time, but I do agree that they could improve employee knowledge overall. Granted, as the company has a website, I find it useful to read up there, as I often do for most any other business of any kind.

I don't quite understand the reviews complaining about prices, as they're comparable to other retail stores of this type. The entire sector of this retail industry produces product that is of varying quality, but as I have yet to return anything (aside from rented media), I have no experience with the store return policies.
