Pros: location, check-in staff, free breakfast. Cons: Pool, room size Room review: room 401 - this was the smallest room I've ever experienced in a hotel. Not sure how many of these they have at this property but it looked like a room they use to have as a closet. Very disappointed. One table light granted such a small room no space for a other light. Phone was on a light stand with cord coming out of closet. Bathroom was tiny. The make shift sink vanity you didn't dare to pull the one drawer out because it would dislodge the plumbing of the sink from the wall. At least add some shelving. The farm style door kept coming off the rail. While the bathroom looked remodeled it was just so small. Hot water took some time to get up to temp and when it did it was hard to find a good middle temp. For maybe a single person not staying more than a night would be okay or a minimalist however having 2 of us made it for some tight maneuvering and find some creative ways to store bags for the 2 nights. We decided to just deal with it but wanted to give a warning to others who stay where about this room. Pool: small and was pretty cold. We were maybe in it for 10 minutes but I'm use to ice baths for after exhausting activities so it helped my body. Not so much my partner who was already cold from the weather. I did notice other rooms were much bigger so I'm unsure how many of these rooms they have on this property. I think if they give these out, a nice warning to the customer would be nice that way it's not a total shock when one opens the door. I like the location but this was a disappointment.

Very comfortable and fairly quiet lodging. Clean, modern looking rooms and helpful staff. There is a charging station for electric cars. The room was super cold even with the thermostat set to 74°F - the fan was set to always on so this needs to be set to automatic to control the room temp. The sudden turn-on sound could disturb your sleep though as opposed to constant white noise. Plenty of electrical outlets, a microwave, fridge, and coffer maker. The bathroom was clean with my only complaints being that there is np apparent vent or fan and the lighting is rather dim for my liking. It's adequate but I would like more light. The shower head is rigidly fixed and cannot be swived or aimed. I thought the walls could stand more sound insulation - from the desk I could hear the guest(s) next door snoring. Couldn't hear them from the bed though. Internet was a bit on the sluggish side IMHO even at midnight. The breakfast buffet at this time is closed so guests fill out a breakfast order sheet before 10pm and then that order will be packaged in a bag for pickup in the morning. This works well though of course you can't load up and make it to dinner with this offering. Just enough to get to lunch time. You can help yourself to beverages like orange and apple juice. Overall a very good stay at a good price, I'd return if I'm in the area again.

This is a budget friendly hotel with decent amenities and a very friendly staff. The location is easy to get to but it is also fairly remote and there is nothing to walk to. The room layout was good and the sheets were clean and the towels were as good as could be expected. But every room I saw, including my own, desperately needs the carpet shampooed. As in my feet got dirty walking around the hotel room for 15 minutes without my socks on. Very very gross. I’ve never seen a hotel room with dirtier carpet. I hate to be that guy who’s going to leave a bad review, not something I take lightly, but I looked in several other rooms and they all needed a good cleaning. Just to prove my point, I dampened a washcloth and rubbed it into the carpet with my foot using three quick motions. Judge for yourself.

I generally only try and post the positive reviews...this hotel was so bad I feel like this needs to be known. I got 2 rooms and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Here are the low lights - very dirty, everything damaged in room, smoke detector wrapped in a plastic bag and rubber band, shower head spraying out of shower at neck, no phone in one room, phone didn't work in other room. All these little things wrong and the pool was closed "until further notice" . The timing on breakfast on the laminated card in my room was 7:00 - 9:30...we showed up 9:05 and the breakfast was closed down. I went back to my room to validate the mistake wasn't on my end...I went back to the front desk and asked about it. The lady was nice and said they recently changed their breakfast hours and got some cereal out for my kids. She also asked when we were leaving so they could address the issues...
