Super happy with this place. I took my two boys here to test out if it would be a new spot we'd go to often with the whole family on Saturday (its monday now). My Froyo was not cutting it anymore with half their machines being broken. I immediately knew what my youngest would want, strawberry cheesecake sigma. My pickier child I was still debating. And the young girl there was very patient and nice but also had a recommendation and it was the perfect thing for my picky child, cotton candy. I got the chocolate conduction. I wish I caught her name. Long straight light brown hair and light eyes, very young. She was very nice and worked quickly. There was a guy working with her and they both did great. And the ice cream was better than I thought it would be. And the kids are dying to go again. So Im breaking up with My Froyo asap. And starting a new relationship...

I think the ice cream is fantastic. Yes, it's more costly but you pay for the experience. I was so excited about the process going on in front of me. I would give five stars, however, when paying for an experience, you would expect better customer service. The employees weren't rude, but they weren't friendly either. Both times I've gone, I've felt like an inconvenience to them. Minimal conversations, lack of smiles, side glances at each other... an over all feeling they didn't want to be there, and they didn't want me there either. I'm craving the ice cream... but not the service. Its sad to avoid a place you love because you're not trying to take the vibe...

Went here the other day with my little girls (3 & 2) and the ice cream was great! My girls loved watching them make it they thought it was the coolest thing ever. The staff could’ve been more in tuned with the customers. When I walked up to the counter to start my order there was a girl and guy that didn’t welcome me or my kids and were debating who was going to take the order like they didn’t want to. After ordering my girls were so in tuned with them making the order but it was like they wanted to ignore the fact we were even there. Ice cream was great… but I feel like their customer service could...
