The Landmark — Local services in Kent

While you will pay a bit of a premium relative to some other local apartments, living in The Landmark will make it worth it. As a married couple, we were a bit hesitant assuming that we may be moving into student house. However, this property is generally more young professionals, grad students, and KSU professionals. The management is very responsive to any issues large or small and communicate effectively.
