Absolutely fantastic experience with Audio Advisor. While I didn't utilize one of their advisors, they had the exact item I was looking for, and, even better, in demo condition.

I paid 60% of what I would've paid new, and while I can't say this will be the case with everyone's purchase, if it didn't have a sticker that said "demo" on it, I would've assumed it was brand new. All the protective film is even still on it.

Additionally, I was a bit concerned about shipping because I'm going out of town for over a week in a few days. I didn't want to pay extra, so I went with the free shipping. It showed the item was shipped the same day, but there was no way to track it, so I was a little worried that maybe a label had been printed and it was just sitting there.

Well, it got here yesterday, 3 days after I ordered it. Again, I know this won't be everyone's experience and it may not happen even happen for me again. But it did this time and I couldn't be happier!

I grew up in home audio, (my grand father owned a recording studio) I’m originally from Lawrence, Ks. home of Martin Logan I like beautiful sound but can’t afford the best.

The shipping from MI to FL was so quick the charge barely hit my bank.

That being said the RCA knocked it out of the park! I had a slight hum and it annoyed me something terrrible. I told my with about the hum and she couldn’t hear it. I kept complaining (a little) and she said get new RCAs. I looked and looked, then I came across these sweet amazing pieces of work.

The hum is GONE!!!! $99 is well worth it, I honestly was hesitant but now I know how much my ground loop made listening to Prince, Queen, to Neil Diamond difficult. But now I will need a new stylus because I’m going to use the !!!!! out of my turn table!

With your phony exclamation marks!!!!!Update 10/31 - after fake friendly person says they will escalate the matter - nothing. I email her as requested. And 24 hours after one of the worst purchases I’ve made in audio history, I’m still ghosted. Do yourself a favor and GHOST this place. Nothing but problems. And check their reviews elsewhere to confirm. Fake nice response. Bad bad business.
