Food Lion — Local services in Kernersville

I had a very bad experience this morning at this particular food lion location. A lady who I'm assuming was the manager by the name of Keisha was very rude! I stood in line for 10 minutes while she assisted another customer with a money order,it was some type of issue going on with the transaction so I waited patiently. When Keisha was done I stepped up she looked at me didn't say hello or how your doing rolled her eyes and put her face down towards the computer and extended her hand as if I was supposed to hand her something. I stood there in disbelief for approximately 3 seconds and asked her am I suppose to put something in your hand ? She replied I thought you were giving me a lottery slip. I told her no but I would like to purchase a power and a mega . She proceeded to get me the tickets,after she handed me the tickets I said have a nice day and she looked at me and didn't say anything,so I said maybe she didn't hear me so I repeated it good morning and looked her straight in the eyes and she did not respond. Some of the best prices in produce around. I feel it is even a better value than Walmart as Wally World tends to have smaller clumps of kale or less quality brussel sprouts, for example. Always friendly staff and good deals on most products. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't always carry a larger option of a particular product that would prove less expensive due to it being bulk-sized. Fritos is an example of this, they only seem to carry the smaller bag (at least at the Food Lion near my house, I'm unsure if this specific example is the case at this...

I witnessed an employee here respond to customers asking him to wear his mask (he had it pulled all the way down) by pretending to put it on. When I saw him pull it back down seconds later, I asked him to genuinely put it on, to which he complied but responded with attitude. I happened to see him again after all this, and before I did anything more than look at him, he accused me of harassment. He didn’t have his mask on anymore.
