I’m currently sitting in the parking lot writing this because I had a DoorDash order missing an entire 12-piece Cinnabon donut box — and no, that’s not a side item, that’s the whole reason I ordered in the first place. When you’re ordering food for kids, the expectation is simple: give me what I PAID for.

I called ahead and let them know I was on the way to pick up the missing items. On the call, I even said, “Hey, I’d hope for my trouble I’d get something extra.” I was told, “We threw some extra in the bag.” You know what that turned out to be? A sad little order of Cinnatwist that had clearly been sitting out — cold, probably from someone else’s messed-up order. That’s not going the extra mile — that’s just handing off leftovers and calling it a favor.

I get to the drive-thru and let them know I’m here for the missing 12-piece donuts, and they hit me with, “We’re on a timer, can you come inside?” Seriously? I ordered delivery so I wouldn’t have to leave my house. Now I’ve already had to drive up here because of your mistake, and you want me to park and come inside to fix it?

Eventually they told me to park, and they’d bring it out. While I’m sitting here waiting, I’m watching two employees out in the lot just wandering around, hanging out, clearly still on the clock — not working, just laughing, walking back and forth like they’ve got nothing better to do. The total lack of urgency or care is wild.

Let’s be real — this whole “timer” excuse is about manipulating drive-thru stats to make management think the store runs smoother than it actually does. But if you can’t even put the right items in a bag, how impressive are those numbers really?

We decided to come to the Taco Bell after waiting an hour at cracker barrel to be seated only to sit 10 more minutes and no one came to wait on us so we got up. We walked to your establishment thinking it may be better but it wasn’t. Let me say that 2 or your employees were working their butts off. The other 2 or 3 weren’t. After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting on our food and seeing them continue to make drive thru orders and not ours plus a guy that ordered after us get our food I said something. I was just asking why they kept doing drive thru orders and not dining room orders. The one guy who was one of the two working very hard said hey I’m not gonna argue with you. I wasn’t trying to argue I just ask a question and wanted my food I just spent 30 dollars on. I was told later that he was the manager on duty. So it seems like we may need better training on how to handle situations with your management. We I finally got my food the girl just pushed it to me, no sorry it took so long or anything. On February 25th, 2024 I went in to dine in. Got to table, opened my food, looked at my taco and there was a hair! Took it up to front asked another associate for manager, he asked me what was wrong. I told him I found hair in my food and I wanted to speak with a manager. Manager came, he was apologetic. He fixed it. On March 19th, 2024 I went through drive thru ordered the new Crispinada box with chips & nacho cheese and Pepsi. I got back to work and the chips were not in there. I called and spoke with manager, Antonio, he told me to come there and let them know I spoke with him. He said he will have them make the box over at no charge. March 20th, I go back and get the box. Drive thru expediter tells me to come in. I told her I could not come in due to time frame. She repeated herself and I repeated myself and asked for manager. Never got to speak with the manager. The young lady who was at the drive thru was not friendly. She shoved my food out the window and as I drove off starred me down. I spend a lot of money at Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell.
