Culver’s — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Horrible customer service AND wrong order! Placed an order in the drive through. After all of the cars in front of and behind me received their orders, I asked one of the workers to check on the status of my order. Another came out with an order that was not mine. After 15 minutes, I asked the worker who brought the wrong order to process a refund and bring me my receipt showing the refund. I also called into the restaurant and was told that they were processing the refund. The manager, Gagan, then comes out and says that she can't give me a refund and gives me a coupon for a future visit. I informed her I did not want the food and would not be back so a coupon was not needed. I just wanted a refund so I could be on my way. She stated there was a mixup with the order numbers and confirmed that it had been 15 minutes since my order was placed YET she refused to give me a refund. She stated that my order would be right out. After sitting for another 10 minutes with all of the cars behind me receiving their orders, a worker brings out the order. I ask for Gagan to come back out to get store and contact information. She claimed that she did not know who her regional manager was and that I should be satisfied that she provided me food (that I did not want). Her excuse was that "this happens everywhere." Of course, the order was WRONG and not what I ordered! Horrible customer service, poor management, lack of common sense. I love and hate Culver's. Me and my husband usually do the curdside pickup whenever we go because we prefer just bringing it back home and eating. Out of the last 4 or 5 times we have gone, 3 of those we have sit in the curdside parking space for over 15 minutes after we notified them we were there and then my husband had to go in to get what we ordered. 2 times it was just 2 teas we ordered. No food and one of those it wasn't even busy. Sometimes they do an amazing job and I'm usually happy with the food, but the curdside service is just terrible. One of the times my husband walked in to get it and there were people standing around just chatting and our now cold food was just sitting on the counter. There's no reason in having to wait that long. This particular time when waiting for 2 teas, we were told the order would be ready at 12:36, we pulled in at 12:39 and notified them. At 12:54, my husband had to walk in to tell them and they seemed totally perplexed and had to make our teas. There needs to be a person dedicated to just curdside pickup and when curdside is slow they can do other things. This being the 3rd time it's happened, I am not sure when I'll be back.

There were also multiple people parked in curdside parking who weren't even there for curdside. That isn't Culver's fault, but worth mentioning that people are abusing the parking and you may show up for curdside with no...

With the I-40 highway connection construction underway, I've watched the area grow with new residential and commercial business. One of which is this Culver's which JUST opened.

Living in the area, I got really tired of only having a limited option of fast food chains so I decided to try a different flavor of it for lunch today.

I was met with a large menu of different types of burgers from the Mushroom and Swiss (my husband's order), Atlantic Cod (mine) and the Beef Pot Roast that I ordered to feed to my baby and toddler. I figured it would be easy enough to chew.

The drive thru was busy but organized. They asked me to pull along side of the building and wait in a labeled parking slot. They stuck a number on my window. I really enjoyed the messaging details throughout its branding. Adds a lot more personalization of you ask me.

Speaking of messages, peep the packaging. As I was taking a pic of my cod, it literally says to take a pic, it'll last longer! This was a very fluffy and generous cut. Really enjoyed it! And the fam enjoyed their orders as well.

Overall, really happy to have some diversity in fast food options in the area. Today was my first experience with Culver's but definitely...
