Tonight I placed an order via Door Dash, unfortunately the wrong order was delivered. I immediately drove to the restaurant to return the wrong food. Because it is Friday night, they were busy. I waited and explained to the cashier that I received the wrong order. She pointed out that I had the food for the guy sitting behind me and she knew my order. Casher #2 walks up and tells me the price. I explained again that I had a Door Dash order that was wrong but I already paid. She then starts talking about some Door Dash card. I had no clue what she was talking about so when I asked where do I get the card from? She let me know that she "doesnt work for Door Dash!". Cashier #1 and a cook have now joined the convo telling me that I need to pay. Somehow they assumed that I was a driver, so I explained again that I was the customer who received the wrong food from the driver. I was told that I needed to get my refund from Door Dash because the drivers dont check the bags and have been messing up orders. None of the 3 employees bothered to apologize for inconvenience nor accept responsibility in the error. No I do not expect the drivers to check the food before leaving however I do expect the restaurant to give the right order to the driver. So I left....hungry...and then placed a claim with Door Dash. Needless to say, I will not spend another coin at this...

We ate here for the first time earlier this week and had an overall good experience. To start with the positives, these were the best Italian restaurant meatballs that I've had in this area. They were fresh, tender, juicy, and I loved the sauce. The mozzarella sticks (and more of that sauce) were also fresh and delicious, with a really good batter. I thoroughly enjoyed my Ortolan stromboli, which had chicken, cheese, mushrooms, and broccoli. My only critique is that the onions I added were missing, and there could have been more broccoli. It was a little sparse. But the crust on that stromboli was so good that it was still wonderful. My husband's personal pepperoni pizza didn't quite measure up to my meal: the pepperoni had a very strong taste, while the cheese had very little. The dough really took away from it; it had a strange aftertaste and just doesn't complete with some other similar places. The service was a little slow, and they weren't overly busy. But overall, good experience and we will be back to try...

Heard this place was good. My first impression was "WOW THIS IS TIGHT" not very much room to move around. My husband and father in law got a pizza and it was great. I ordered calamari for an app and it was nasty, I think they where frozen and then way over cooked, i could literally shoot a piece across the table like a rubberband. When I told the only waiter about how bad they where she said "well most people like it like that" . I personally dont know anyone that likes to eat fried rubnerbands but whatever. My daughter got wings and after a bite wouldnt eat anymore, I tried one and they where very dry(probably frozen too). I also had the calzone and it was pretty good but id suggest they mix the cheese before putting it on cause some parts had moz only n some had ricotta only plus i asked for the vegitarian and it had literally only one piece of brocolii in the whole thing. Also defiently needed some seasoning. Add some of that italian seasoning to the italian food...lol So if you wanna eat here go...
