Open Room Furniture — Local services in Ketchum

Heather and Matt are the real deal. I have only used Open Room for all my outdoor furniture. I never know why people in the valley don't shop local. Their prices are comparable to all the top name brands, for example Restoration Hardware. If something goes wrong, they are there to fix it right away. You don't get that kind of customer service, when you shop on line. A few weeks ago our enormous umbrella completely broke in a major wind storm. Within a few days, they took it away, found parts to fix it and it was back in place just yesterday. That is what I call fabulous customer service!!! 5...
